Parker refers to himself as "The big daddy" and pays the guys a quarter each time they call him that. Gave Rick his lifetime retard achievement award for putting up with his juvenile antics and shit management skills at the mine

Parker prides himself in his ability to surround himself with good help in an effort to mask the fact he doesn't do anything productive all day. Any time something worthwhile needs to be done he puts it on mitch or rick, while he drives around like a jackoff in his Polaris ranger.

DNA testing in season 5 revealed Parker is in fact the son of Jack Hoffman.
