Monica Beets is the daughter of Tony Beets and Minnie Beets, and sister of older brothers Kevin Beets and Mike Beets ,older sister Bianca Beets, as such is a member of the Beets family, and part of the Beets Crew. She works at the Paradise Hill claim. As of season 5, she turned 21.
